Our Stand on AI in Fiction Writing
At the Flash Fiction Institute, we believe in the importance of authentic, human storytelling. Writing is a deeply personal and creative process that reflects the unique experiences, emotions, and voices of each individual. While AI technology has made remarkable advancements, we do not condone the use of AI-generated content in our fiction courses. We value the originality and integrity of each writer’s creative journey and encourage our students to rely on their own imagination, skill, and passion in crafting their stories.
We hold firm that fiction created within our courses should come from the hearts and minds of our students. By embracing the human process of writing—with its challenges and rewards—we cultivate a deeper connection to our own creativity and to the stories we share with the world.
